At Red Rock we believe that you should have access to everything there is to know about your delinquencies. In addition to a progress report on each account, we provide monthly reports that give the association a wide range of delinquency data. Information such as delinquency percentage, dollar amount delinquent, dollar amount collected, number of units delinquent, a breakdown of delinquent dollars (how much is in assessments, fines, late fees, etc.) and much more information. All of these reports show a 12 month history. This allows the association to see trends which can be very helpful at budgeting time.
