Starting an account at Red Rock is a quick and easy process. First
we need a signed Collection
Agreement.
Next we need a copy of the
documents critical to the collections process. Usually the information
we need will be in your associations Collections
Policy or
in your CC&R’s under your assessments section. Finally we
will need a New Account Submission
Form completed. This form will have
all the information we need to open an account and begin the collections
process. Once we have the Collection Agreement and the Collection Policy
for your association, all future accounts will be started by simply
filling out a New Account Form. The New Account Form can be faxed,
e-mailed, or uploaded to our system.
